I had an 8 am apt, I started the process at 8 I am a teacher and told them I needed to be done pretty quick as I was giving blood during my prep. I unfortunately left my wallet in my office so had to grab real quick, after I returned 1 min later my spot was filled up by a student and I was informed by a rude person that I would need to get back in line.

I was setting up to do a double red apt and I know this takes longer. Now I was pressed for time. Finally got seen about 8 mins later to start the process. When I finally got to the machine it was determined it was not working so I needed to switch machine.

The machines were not prepped ahead of time so I finally got up and left at 845.

The staff was very unprofessional and seemed not to care a bit. Needles to say it put a bad taste in my mouth and after being a donor to double red, with pretty rare blood, for several years now I will no longer donate after this experience.
