I have been in contact with redcross since August 30th 2017 I have called and called and asked for help I lost everything my rental home my car I'm with two kids one that has autism and one that has asthma age 9 and 6 I have called 3 days straight telling me to call back the next day today I was on hold for 6 hours and when someone came through they said call back tomorrow that does not make sense I'm in a hotel I'm just trying to make sure that we survive till we can get home FEMA promise to send something I never received I have nothing and redcross offered but did not even to return my call back I've been waiting for a supervisor to call me to explain just to meet today I went to redcross asking do they have food or water again I was referred to a website which I could not access I called the number that Rick Ross told me to call stayed on hold yesterday for a total of 4 hours today 6 hours my name is Michelle My number is 337-377-5082 I need help

Don't rely on The Red Cross. Instead contact family, friends or neighbors when in need. Since you have a couple of kids, you must have relatives.
