I scheduled my appt. for 4:15 pm. I left work 30 minutes early to get there on time. I signed in at 4:10. I was still sitting waiting to be called at 5:00. I felt that the staff was not concerned of who had reserved a time and who hadn't. They were only using 2 cots...

I have told the red cross several times to contact Fredericka manor nursing home to place their CNA students. This Fredericka manor outfit is advertising on craigslist to try to get employees while the red cross graduates are languishing in back yard trailers and...

American Red Cross - I got ripped off

American Red Cross
#1040731
I registered for a CPR/BLS course over a month ago. I have no contact information for the instructor or scheduling. My registration sent me to a vacant building under construction and 1800redcross apparently isn't available 24/7 for assistance. I need my cert today. They took my money and I want my certificate.

American Red Cross Blood Donation Review

American Red Cross

I really hate when the Red Cross calls me between 8:30 and 9:00 in the evening, when I am going to bed. I wish they would try and call earlier.

Gloria James retired as a Red Cross nurse in Montgomery, Alabama. She brags that if she did not like the way a donor looked, she put in their files that they tested positive for hepatitis. This claims she was protecting her clients. She telling lies. Now I am sure that...

As a high school student, American Red Cross comes to my school a few times a year for blood donations. We have always had a problem with the way nurses treated the students. Personally, I was yelled at to the point a teacher had to step in both times I tried to donate...

I needed verification that I had at one time in my life completed a CPR/AED course for my employer. I remember having taken the course in 2014. I called the Red Cross and I was told that they didn't have any record of me haveing taken a CPR course so I paid my money....

I have donated blood many times before, but this was my worst experience. First off, the nurses were incredibly rude. They did not even look like they knew what they were doing most of the time. I was in pain and they made it seem like it was MY FAULT for the situation...

Where I live the Red Cross is advertising shortages of most blood groups on a regular basis, and that prompted me to donate again after a traumatic experience years ago. I gave blood over 100 times years ago until a trainee went straight through my vein with my arm in...

The Red Cross had a blood drive at my school. I waited in line for about 3 hours before I got to the front of the line. When I got there, they did not have a scale of their own, so they asked me what my height and weight was. I am 5'5 and the women proceeded to tell me...
